Move Into Safety

A 6-week virtual program to help people with POTS and related conditions (re)build body trust through accessible movement and nervous system regulation

Move into Safety  is a virtual 6-week movement program to help you reconnect to your body, your breath, and a sense of inner strength.

If you have previously had negative experiences with exercise, don’t worry…I made this with you in mind! All practices are designed to meet your body right where you are at, even if you are living with an energy limiting condition like POTS, EDS/HSD, or MCAS. The weekly practices blend breathwork, restorative yoga, and adapted pilates to leave you feeling nourished and re-charged rather than depleted.

Over the course of 6-weeks, you will receive bite-sized videos which you can practice from the comfort of your own home, and you will receive ongoing support. By the end you will feel more grounded, stable, and strong and have more confidence when moving your body.

What’s Included

  • 6 weeks of 15-20 min mindful and accessible movement videos delivered straight to your inbox

  • Weekly check-in sheet to support you in tuning into your body’s needs

  • Downloadable PDF to help you monitor symptoms during and after movement

This is for you if:

  • Chronic fatigue, pain, and other symptoms limit your movement throughout the day

  • You have an energy limiting condition (POTS, dysautonomia, Long Covid, ME/CFS, EDS/HSD, etc.)

  • You have a hard time trusting your body and want to improve connection to your body

  • You know that nervous system regulation is an important component of your healing journey

  • You have been told to exercise to improve your health but don’t know how to do so safely

  • You are looking for ways to safely reintroduce movement into your routine

  • Exercise is a challenge for you! You want to move more but you tend to overdo it and feel worse afterwards

  • You have had limited success with more traditional exercise programs in the past and are looking for a more nervous system informed approach

  • You are stuck in a “boom or bust” cycle with movement (moving a lot 1 day and in bed for multiple days after) and want to find an alternative

What people are saying:

  • I was doing supine exercises prior to the program but was overdoing it and having a lot of symptoms that was preventing me from being consistent. My nervous system was often in overdrive. I feel I have a better understanding of my current limit to avoid overdoing it. I am so thankful to have more tools of ways to regulate my nervous system. I am happy to have movements that I can return to that will help build strength without causing symptoms to flare. Thank you for putting together such a valuable program!

  • I have been having a hard time getting my body to move even though I intellectually know and feel it’s good for me. The ability to get back into my body in a low stakes way honoring where I was at made this video extremely accessible. I loved knowing why this was good for me too! I would highly recommend this to anyone managing nervous system regulation.

  • I think everyone who wants to build a more comforting relationship with their nervous system can benefit from her videos. I think healing and connecting with our bodies is an ongoing process, and I loved being able to learn how to integrate these movements into my daily life. The moves seem simple, but I felt such a sense of calm slowing down the mind and bringing attention into the present moment with my body. Kristin’s voice is calming, and her ability to help you visualize your connection to your body as you go through the movements feels meditative.

  • Loved your imagery and verbal cues to engage a deeper breath while going through movement. I would encourage any individuals engaging in this program that it’s customizable to where you are!

    J.J.

  • Movement to me [used to be] something that was very exhausting and I wasn't sure how much I could move before needing to rest. The positive shifts and changes have been wonderful positive ones. I feel I am in tune with my body for the first time. I thought I was in tune, when I started this 6 week program, but soon realized I really didn't know how to sense what my body was telling me. Knowing my body better has helped me to be able to function better and be able to handle walking long amounts of time without crashing. The exercises I learned in your program are a great way to start or end my day. I love how you explained what the exercise was doing, sort of the why behind the movement or breathing.
